Tapped In is a monthly yoga experience rooted in mindfulness, foundational movement, and nervous system reset. This slow-flow class brings you back to the basics: steady transitions, breath-led pacing, and intentional alignment. It is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with presence.
If the weather is good, class will be held outdoors in the beer garden on the patio, offering a relaxed and welcoming space to move and unwind in community. In the event of rain/inclement weather, class will be moved indoors to the beer hall. Please bring a yoga mat, water, layers + a friend! All levels welcome.

Formed after singer-songwriter Noah Gittell met bassist James Wenstrup and drummer Dylan Brown at a Cleveland open mic night, the trio quickly bonded over their shared love of the Bay Area punk legends.
